Here's some updated EEPRO drivers:

These are for 2.0 & 2.2 kernels.  There's a link on the site to modules 
for 2.3 & 2.4.

Read all the documentation and recompile the module to help solve your NIC
problems ;)  I use this module on the SuperCluster Linux machines.  There
are a few silly error messages now and again, but the machine stays up and
doesn't report 'no resources.'  It's recommended that you compile this
driver (as well as it's brother driver, pci-scan.c) as a module for easier
upgrading; truth be told, I couldn't get it to compile into the kernel in
any state, so I just always do it as a module.
