First, it would be very hard. Just look at mozilla. Second, there are about
two million projects like that out there. If you want to contribute to one,
do that instead of starting yet another one. Third, a w3-compliant browser
would not display almost any site properly, because there aren't many
websites which are w3-compliant. My suggestion: stick to lynx or w3m if you
want a no-frills browser.
