redhat's faq says : "1620mb for server, 450
for workstation, 120 for custom"
Yesterday I installed redhat 7.0 on my
alpha box. I did a custom install of
'almost' everything except a few of the
services. It took up 1.2 gigs on my drive.
Most of the alpha binaries are larger than
the 386's so I imagine you'd fit it within 1 gig.
