I run a Horde/IMP box at work and it works great. At the time I decided
to go with it, all the other webmail programs were either junk or were
just plain ugly. There are some other nice ones out there, but IMP is
the way to go for me. Their mailing list is quite active and the people
on it are very helpful.
Someone also mentioned running it on a box with a K6-200 and 64mb of ram
and it being slow -- at work we have it on a PPro 180 with 96mb of ram.
Not that much difference, but it's just fine for us. We used to have it
running on a Packard Bell P75 (for some reason they bought a crapload of
Packard Bells about 5 or so years ago) so almost anything is fast compared
to that!
