I can't stand the Dreamcast so I'd say go w/ the hdd or some RAM. Or woooo
wait for the X-Box, a fine Microsoft product you can hack Linux onto. ;>

Does anyone else think WebTV when they hear of the X-Box? Microsoft builds
a console which is okay but not as great as their vapor would make you
think and use it to drive the nail into Sega and Nintendo possibly making
them easy to buy.. maybe haul in a few more big name game companies to
their stable and then kill the X-Box (or license it's technology back out
to PC makers and drop it themselves) and use the newly cleared playing
field to suck users towards Windows PCs rather than Playstations? I could
see them using the X-Box tech to go towards a less flexible M$ controled
platform similar to iMac & WebTV mixed but I'd have doubts as to good
customer service etc.
