[MLUG] Hello, I'm back

I've been out of the fray for awhile, but I finally got stable enough to try 
to install Linux again, and, like most times when I learn something new, 
I've found there's a whole lot more I don't know. I don't know a thing about 
Mizzou's ethernet system. I'm using Slackware 7.0, and trying to use 
netconfig. What are:
my IP is 128.206.246.111
and my DNS entry (I believe) is mu-246111.dhcp.missouri.edu
domain?
gateway?
nameserver?
mask?

I thought since the DNS entry was as it is, that the mask might be 
255.255.0.0 rather than 255.255.255.0, but that didn't work either.

Again, sorry to only send a message when I'm having a problem.
