it is the anonftp rpm on the redhat cd. to have user accounts
(non-anonymous) you will have to install a diffrent package (wu-ftpd comes
with Redhat) you have many, many diffrent ftp servers to pick from. I
personally use ncftpd (free, as in beer, for personal use).
