I never had any problems with this but then I've never used NT on the same
machine as another OS. I did notice in some versions of the FAT32 accessing
code that files written from Linux to FAT32 were often bad. I haven't had
the problem lately so I assume they fixed it. Also when using UMSDOS I've
found there are a lot of problems and is some performance loss so I avoid
doing that.
