I agree with Jennifer; however, see how much ISDN is first, because it's
usually a metered per hour or minute charge, then compare the cost to a
frame relay connection, plus with FR you don't ever have to dial in.

There is a company in St.Louis that does Network wiring. I don't know where
your business is located but they work in St louis and the surrounding
counties. Alexander Systems 997-7445. Ask for Jason Balicki. He's good.
And an ISDN line would probably be your best bet if you can't get an ADSL
line in your area.
