Hi there!
This is my first time to participate in MLUG. If you are seeking for setting
up FTPd, I would like to recommend NcFTPd. It can be download at
http://www.probe.net/~mgleason/ . It's decent one. Further it's performance is
better than Wu-FTPd ( http://www.probe.net/~mgleason/ncftpd/perf-linux.html ).
It's rich with clear installation guide. Also, It let you manually set its
configuration, either bandwidth or number of access at a time. The best is
it's free!. Go for It, pal!
