I wouldn;t say they are systems to base a main system off of but are more
useful for hack value for people who would be interested in playing with
specialized hardware that was at the time they bought the systems quite
impressive. I think the monitors are 256 color so they wouldn't likely be
useful for most tasks but given their size might again have some hack value.
Stephens College will soon be having an auction which will include computer
parts no longer wanted among other things and if given an interesting bid I
could probably snag some of this stuff for you if you could pick it up. No
newer parts are for sale, mostly 386's, 486's, and old Mac's. Possibly some
early Pentiums.
