Well, even if we do use mlug as our base server - even assuming that a news
group is our ultimate decision (vs. digested mail lists, multiple mail
lists, etc.) - we should have whatever news group we create go "down the
tunnel" to news.missouri.edu (since that's where people's news clients are
pointed by default).
