Yeah, of course he has to put that forward, he has to pander to those moderate voters that he is not going to get otherwise. I can't believe this does not outrage you Mike? You are always the one going on and on about how these wiretaps were against the law, ad how big business should not get away with stuff like this.
 
Anyway, I don't really care about Obama's stand on this, as I have said before he will do whatever he has to do to get elected, just like every other candidate out there. This little move apparently fools me about as much as it fools you, while I would not pretend to speak for you, it is apparent that you do not think he believes in this vote anymore than I do.
 
This is the very definition of flip-flop in my opinion.

Obama is siding with the Republicans on this one, so you should be happy.

I think it is because he feels less vulnerable voting this way.  He has to
show that he will fight the terrorists, and letting the telcos off makes
him seem tougher on terror.
