When I get these kinds of humorous lists by email I always wonder how they
have been mutating as they travel around the internet. I think a lot of
times people tack stuff onto the end. So, it seems to me, a lot of these
lists are least funny at the end. The last one means that Bush's
decisions seem to have no rhyme or reason -- I don't think it is true
though because I think most of his decisions are motivated by a wish to
help certain wealthy people at the expense of the rest of us and he has
been extremely effective. Most of us are pretty badly screwed right now,
but if you take a look at the upper 0.01% of Americans, their lives are
going unbelievably well.
