Actually, the funny thing is that people would be looking at scanned
versions of what is clearly stated to be a copy (duplicate) birth
certificate to prove anything. In any case, I will be looking for an
update on this soon at snopes.com:

I note that they don't have anything yet on this particular story, but
the real reason I give it approximately zero credence is that it is
like the fifty-third version of the story that Obama isn't really a
citizen, and the first fifty-two have all been shot down. I have never
heard any evidence that Barack Obama was not prosaically born in
Hawaii because his mother became pregnant by a foreign student when
both were studying at a university there. It seems to fit all of the
facts we have. On the other hand, I have no doubt that there are
between dozens and thousands of people trying to find some incredibly
improbable conspiracy in favor of some other hypothesis.
