OK, so the votes are coming in now. The reason given is that they
always count absentee ballots first...and there were over 11,000 of
those. Given that Clinton is expected to lose the county, that's not a
good sign for her. Right now, Clinton is only 19000 votes ahead with
the rest of Lake County to be counted. Looking elsewhere across the
state, it looks to me like Obama will pick up another 3000 or so net
votes in the other six counties that aren't yet completely counted.

It looks like the best case margin for Clinton is something that would
round to 51-49 in her favor. She could even lose it 49-51.
