Apparently France does not have a first ammendment equivalent.


I'm not sure of what their speech laws are like. We have hate speech laws in the US. I think France is still figuring out what their position will be:

I think he's right. We do have to accept the crazies for our own protection. It is a slippery slope. Promoting criminal acts, such as killing or otherwise attacking people of certain ethnic groups or religions, should still be a crime though.
