If you haven't already, you might want to look at an SPF record for the domain.
It seems almost every anti spam program checks these nowadays, so if a spammer tries to use your address most folk won't see the results. I'd suspect that given how much effort they put into spamming, they probably also avoid domains with SPF records (at least I would if I were a spammer).
