I'm not sure what to think of it. It looks like they just put it out
there and told the historians to come and get it. They asked them to give
their professional affiliations, but they don't say that they checked on
all of them. If they didn't check, the poll isn't worth much.
That said, the results pretty much parallel his current unpopularity,
and history is not generally kind to unpopular presidents (Truman is one
of those exceptions that proves the rule).
An exception that proves a rule is something like "no parking on Sundays"
which proves that the rule is "park here anytime, but not on Sundays."
