So, out of 109 historians, only 2 would place the Bush presidency in the
upper two-thirds of US presidencies. You can see the questions here:

Amazingly, 61% ranked GW Bush as dead last -- the worst US President ever
and at least two more historians said that he was the second to worst.
Bush thinks that "history takes a long time for us to reach":
