I still remember when I spilled my iron on the carpet and was at a loss on how to get it up.  I finally put a paper towel over it and poured about a cup of heated paraffin on it and it came right up like a dream.  It didn't even leave a mark.  I'm a lot more careful when I iron clothes now, but not as pessimistic if the worst happens and I do fumble things again.

I always knew that wine and club soda cancelled each other out. Can red
wine also remove salt from a carpet? ;-)

It stands to reason. Shoot, that stuff's as useful as bleach!
