I forget how slow St. Louis city and I guess Kansas City are to get vote counts in.  Kind of amusing because I live here  :)
(just outside of St. Louis County in St. Charles County).
An amusing fact many may not know:  St. Louis City is not in St. Louis County.  They are two completely separate political entities.
I forget the history behind it.

Obama needs to rally big time in the big cities and St. Louis County.

Now down to 3 point with 87% in. Why aren't they counting Votes in
Boone and Johnson counties? Obama's expectation out of St. Louis City
and County is about 20,000 votes, which is close to the current
margin.
