I'm sure you meant "won," but that isn't what happened. He was not convicted on the felony charges, but he could do as many as three years in prison for the other offenses for which he has not been cleared.



Interesting, I wonder if Snipes is a republican?

I don't know. I wouldn't want him because he seems pretty wacky. He decided not to pay his taxes after he learned that he owed $2 million. It looks like he was motivated purely by a wish to keep more of his money (not that there's anything wrong with that) and not by his position on the nature of the law and constitutional rights, etc.
