Good point.

Another thing I suspect helped Obama in Iowa was the fact it was a Caucus, and I think some campaigns had some precincts send their people to him if their candidate wasn't deemed viable.

I doubt this happens in a regular Primary.

It's a shame we don't have Instant Runoff Voting for elections like this.

Remebmer that Obama's people went all-out in Iowa -- even providing
transportation and babysitting for people who wanted to attend the caucus
to support Obama.  That probably helped him!
