Thanks.  So I guess that means either 1280x720 (720p) or 1920x1080 (1080i 
or 1080p) with 60 frames or 50 fields (interlaced) per second:

Those "Lost" episodes might have been 720p and two one-hour episodes fit 
on a CD and still looked pretty good.
