Thanks, Vern. I had heard that it was Planned Parenthood, but apparently you are right. Here is the story:

His job in 1991 was "to urge the administration of President George H. W. Bush to withdraw or relax a rule that barred abortion counseling at clinics that received federal money."

I don't think that's any better from the perspective of the Christian Right than lobbying for Planned Parenthood. These groups work together, as the article suggests.
