If you want real time processing you're either going to have hundreds of
dollars worth of start up costs to use someone like world pay, or their
existing credit card processing firm, or you're stuck with paypal and
its ilk.

Your other option would be Google Checkout. It offers free processing
for January. If they're a non-profit, they get free processing all this
year.
