Are you saying, Vern, that they were trying to fool us into believing that
Iran had a nuclear weapons program, but they were trying to do that
without lying outright? I think that is possible.
Whatever you want to believe Mike, clearly you are not ever going to believe anything Bush says.
If you are allowing yourself to be mislead by assuming that they are talking about a nuclear weapons program rather than just a nuclear program, then that is your problem. You allowed yourself to single mindedly believe the only reason to go into Iraq was for the weapons of mass destruction there, that and the tie to Al Queada, when clearly Bush presented other reasons as well.
The next thing I want to know is about yesterday's report from the 16
intelligence agencies. They just told us the truth yesterday, but when
did they tell the President? Was it in 2005?
Well I am not sure, but I previously posted articles that date back to before 2005 that show that Iran did not have a weapons program. Now all of a sudden everyone thinks this is news? Why is that? I would really like to know why this is news today, when we have known about it since 2005? Clearly something else is going to happen soon that the New York Times wants to trump in some way. You think maybe Bush is going to come out and provide some good news about something? The New York Times needs to trump something good with this attempt to make it look like Bush is lieing about Iran, and you bought it, hook line and sinker.
