True - I'd assume you'd have to go to customer service and bitch. I
haven't actually tried a book printing kiosk but I've been hearing about
them for years. I'm ready now dammit!

Ever get annoyed at the cool new stuff that floats on the horizon but
never seems to make it as a marketed product? I keep trying to buy
electronic paper and it's not available for any reasonable price despite
their claims that it can be made almost as cheaply as paper. Argh. I
have a weird fantasy of lining an acrylic PC case with ePaper and having
it act as one big, low power, paperish, weird shaped, display.
And where is my flying car, dammit?!! ;-)
