I've seen stuff of this type here in the US (yes personally, no - not
ten a day) and we can all see plenty that isn't so horrible but that
needs fixed. People in sinking ships should fix their own boat before
trying to go around rescuing other people.
The US is continually involved in many ways with every country on Earth.
I wouldn't necessarily say that we should send troops to Congo, but it
would be nice if we had a way to push them in the right direction. Maybe
we could find a way to prevent so many guns and so much ammo from getting
to the criminal gangs that are destroying that country. Just an idea.
Regarding your recommendation that we exterminate the African people --
you really shouldn't be writing things like that, even if you believe
them. Do you really want to be branded as an advocate for genocide?
Sounds like a bad idea to me. In case it isn't obvious: I disagree with
your ideas about the African people, but your ideas are so vile that it
should be obvious where I stand (along with almost anyone else who reads
your message).
