A friend of mine just ran across these videos of this 21-year-old female

She's been playing bass for four years (before that it was guitar) and she
has already performed with Jeff Beck, Wayne Krantz, Marcus Miller, Chick
Corea, Frank Gambale, The Allman Brothers Band, Hiram Bullock, Susan
Tedeschi and others. She is really something.
She's not in Wikipedia, so I guess she isn't a superstar quite yet! But
she did compose, arrange and produce the seven tracks on her CD last year
and Wayne Krantz played guitar on it (he's unbelievably good).
