This Frost kid is an example of what happens when that system
succeeds. He received the care he needed from legislation already in
place. Regardless, by putting a specific child in the spotlight you
are pandering to emotion not reason. Of course this is American
politics, so that shouldn't be surprising. Why not rationally show
what happens to a society that doesn't maintain the health of its
children? That seems to take care of things without putting a 12 year
old in harms way for political gain.
