Which should serve as a warning to CarFax. They are awesome, but as
they become more and more a factor in business decisions, they open
themselves up to more and more liability to huge class action lawsuits
over just this sort of thing. I.e., it's good that they provide a dispute avenue... But... they had also better make certain that their procedures for accepting information from the 'over 20,000 data sources' David referenced are completely w/o the possibility of being called into question, or despite providing a dispute procedure, they _will_ be sued out of existence if it can be proven that their service has inaccurately affected business dealings on any scale.
