I agree in principle, but I feel just a little bit bad for some people
who bought one two days ago, assuming the price was not going to go
down in the very near future, and find out that Apple was about to set
a re-pricing record by dropping the price by 33% just 62 days after
the shipping date. That said, anybody who bought one of these the day
before a major iPod re-fresh announcement is, as you say, an idiot.
iSupply thinks these cost about $266 to make, so I'm guessing there
won't be any more big cuts in the near future.
