To be very honest, this is incredibly important. Columbia has a severe
problem in the airline accessibility department, and this would go
more than halfway towards fixinng it. It might not sound like much,
but just seeing COLUMBIA on a destination board twice a day in Chicago
would do a lot more for the city's image than almost any amount of
money spent on an advertising campaign. And I'm glad that MU has
realized this, too. I can tell you that it was an incredible pain to
get visitors in and out of Columbia, and more than once did I hear
something along the lines of "Boy, if I had known it would take a
whole extra day to visit here, I probably wouldn't have come". Feel as
offended as you like, but do note that this really is a serious issue.

Here's hoping that they manage to make this work.
