I found a really good site discussing 9/11 theories:

It's a geology professor in Wisconsin.
This is a great read, in one webpage this guy refutes almost every conspiracy claim made about the WTC towers. I think he draws a few conclusions without really supporting them, but the science is sound as far as I know it.
