I'm not sure how that works but it doesn't respond to a fingernail or
stylus. Women with long fingernails won't be able to use it easily.
The same issue with gloves. This is because the technology they use
depends on the fact that there is a surprisingly large potential
difference between your skin and most of the surrounding environment,
so you can get a measurable signal when you touch a correctly designed
device. But fingernails and gloves and such tend to be effective
insulators, which is why this won't work. I'm guessing you could (and
somebody will) develop an "electric" stylus that could be used with
this kind of screen.
