It doesn't
render entirely the same as it's Mac version which is a bit annoying to
me as it means I really need to test my work on both OSX and Windows
(luckily that isn't to big a deal thanks to VMWare).
That's probably a bug, unless you're comparing the 3.0 Beta on Windows
to the shipping 2.0.x version on the Mac, in which case it may be a
feature. If you think it's a rendering bug, the WebKit people would
probably love to hear about it:

As a pleasant side effect, I think that would then fix issues in
upcoming versions of Konqueror and on the Mac version of Opera, in
case anybody cares about those.
