There you go. That's a big problem. But I still think the exit interview
can help a lot.
But it does depend upon the person conducting the exit interview being
honest. I can see a lot of ways that the exit interview process could
be completely corrupted.
You have to have some checks and balances in the system. A boss'
supervisor could interview the boss' employees as they leave their jobs.
If he's any good, he can get something out of the interview that will help
him to supervise the boss.
