Let me say one more thing. The allegations of sexual harrassment are potentially huge. Either Bill is a total obnoxious sleazeball, or the woman accusing him is a total obnoxious sleazeball. At least one of those two has to be true. But which? Right now there simply isn't any way to tell. But if the truth ever really does come out, I am going to be very angry at one of them. But I cannot be angry at either of them now, because I could so easily be angry at an innocent person.

I should add that this is one of the reasons why I think what Clinton did was so bad, when he lied. Prior to the revelation, I was in a similar state of suspense viz a viz the Paula Jones' accusations. Indeed, despite my right wing tendencies, I tended to dismiss Paula Jones' accusations. Of course, I still don't know for total sure that Paula Jones was telling the truth. But, the fact that a man would lie in such an important court case (important to Paula Jones, that is), just makes me boil over with anger.

Stephen
