Well, I said "without HDCP". So I guess maybe I wasn't talking about Vista.

I mean, who here gives a rat's hindquarters about Vista? I turns out
that getting any digital output to talk to an HDTV is a bit of a pain
now, and I had read this to mean that that part was now fixed.

To put it another other way, if Mac OS X 10.5 ends up allowing people
to play HD content on their machines without jumping through absurd
hoops, then people might eventually remember 2007 as the year that MS
really jumped the shark.
