Ah...sneakernet. This guy's thinking is a bit odd, but the point that
you can physically mail 1TB drive units more cheaply and about as fast
as most network connections is still pretty interesting. I can easily
see NCBI and the other big public genomics projects deciding to
throttle back their biggest (ab)users and have them use sneakernet:
