Truth be told: I couldn't do it either. If you just keep your fingers
clean, how does it cause problems for your nose? I would think the nose
would like to be cleaned out.
I had a doctor tell me that the cure to making my ears stop itching was to
stop using q-tips to clean my ears. He was wrong. At least the q-tips
bring some relief from itching (which is occasional and not persistent).
