Convert the degrees Fahrenheit to degrees Celsius, and that just about
describes Columbia Missouri as well.
It's supposed to climb all the way up to -5°F today and maybe as high as
-1°F tomorrow. But the cold spell will end on Tuesday when it climbs up
to a boring +8°F. It is a lot worse in Duluth and in Fargo.
