I understand these issues, but there is a sense in which a lot of the 
validity of these issues is because we perceive them to be valid issues. 
 In an ideal world we wouldn't have to worry about this kind of stuff. 
 And my recent experience is that to put ones principles before these 
pragmatic issues usually works a lot better in the long run.
