I probably oppose absurdly high salaries.  I don't oppose absurdly high 
incomes.  A salary is given to you by other people -- how do they decide 
how much you should be paid?  On the other hand, it should be possible to 
do such great things that you earn massive amounts of money.  I'm fine 
with that.
