I know this is 6 days out, but I'll still respond.

No..  I'm not saying that the heads tend to break off more... I'm saying 
if you use a drill and set it to 'drill' instead of one of the 'screw' 
settings where it will slip at a certain torsion, rather than just 
stripping out the head like a normal screw would, I assume it would just 
snap the head off.  I mean... something has to give somewhere.

As far as the paint issue.....  yah, I can see that being a problem, but 
then again, get a flat head screwdriver of the same width and I think 
you'd have little difficulty clearing it out.
