So it's 50 degrees warmer in Maryland than in Minneapolis. That's
probably a much bigger difference than we normally see. I think it would
usually be about 15 degrees different.
I'm thinking more like 25 degrees, at least when you get deeper into
winter. The average high there in January is like, what, 10 F? In any
case, mid-70s is clearly unusual for this time of year. We would be
really in trouble if the bulk of the storm were headed our way. As it
is, I can predict that one of Milo's former classmates in Columbia
will point out that they just got 16 inches of snow (or whatever) and
my son is going to be absolutely furious...
