Maybe everybody already knows about this, but typing something like:
free wifi columbia, mo
into agoogle maps search does what you think it should do. It may not
be a complete list, but it's a start. More importantly, you can do
stuff like this:
free wifi 65201
which is nice if you live in a place that's unincorporated, or you're
into a smaller geographical zone.
To my shame, the search for
free wifi 20854
is pretty depressing, but fairly accurate as far as I know. Evidently,
you're supposed to this kind of thing at
starbucks 20854
...and that I don't think is a complete listing
