Here's how Bill O'Reilly's people dealt with the Foley problem:

They just changed his caption from "Mark Foley (R-FL)" to "Mark Foley
(D-FL)". That washes away all the embarrassment and everything is OK
again!
Probably an honest mistake. I cannot see Bill O'Reilly doing this to
purposely mislead. Probably he will own up to this mistake today or
tomorrow.
Let us know if he does that and you hear about it.
OK, but I'm not watching or listening to his shows right now.
I don't think O'Reilly did it himself. Someone else does the graphics
work. I will bet that Fox News will say it was a mistake -- of course!
-- but it will be interesting to see if we get any analysis of their
error rate. My guess is that it is very low. My guess is that it was
not a mistake, but that it might not have been a conspiracy. It only
takes one person to get it wrong.
So if it is not a mistake, but also not a conspiracy, what is it?
